01 Introduction

Welcome to ek3e ("ek3e", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "Player") and ek3e with respect to your access to and use of the ek3e website located at ek3e.io and all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the ek3e platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ek3e platform.

ek3e reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account on ek3e, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation , trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either applied voluntarily through your ek3e account settings or imposed by ek3e.
• You have not previously had an ek3e account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

ek3e reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age or identity cannot be confirmed to ek3e's reasonable satisfaction, ek3e may suspend the account and withhold any associated funds pending verification. In cases of confirmed underage access, ek3e will permanently close the account and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date. You accept sole responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your account details.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ek3e platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ek3e reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances or bonuses therein.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must create a secure password and are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. ek3e accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

ek3e may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept a registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ek3e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other locally available channels as updated from time to time. The current list of available payment methods is displayed on the Cashier page of your account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may be subject to change. ek3e does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through approved local payment channels; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which ek3e accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. ek3e aims to complete all approved withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within sixty (60) minutes. More complex requests, or those requiring additional verification, may take longer. ek3e reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending KYC verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected breach of these Terms.

• All funds deposited must be used for betting and gaming purposes only.
• ek3e does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
• Deposits that are made in error may only be reversed before any wagering activity has occurred on those funds.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ek3e may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered or credited to your account.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all ek3e bonuses:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• ek3e reserves the right to cancel or reclaim any bonus, and any winnings derived therefrom, if it suspects that a Player is abusing the promotional system, including through the use of multiple accounts, manipulation of odds, or coordinated betting strategies.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an ek3e account are not eligible.
• Bonuses denominated in BDT will be credited to your bonus balance wallet and will not count towards your withdrawable balance until wagering requirements are met.

ek3e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such changes will not retrospectively affect bonuses already credited and in active use.

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ek3e are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the outcome of individual bets.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on ek3e:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Prices may change prior to confirmation; in such cases, ek3e will notify the Player of the updated odds before the bet is finalised.
• ek3e reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined, whether or not the result has been officially announced.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per Player, and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market.
• ek3e reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Any bet placed in error (including on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault) may be voided by ek3e. Where a manifest error has occurred in the display of odds, ek3e reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds or void them entirely.

07 Casino Games

ek3e's casino product includes live dealer tables, video slots, instant win games, and virtual sports, provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use independently audited random number generators (RNGs) and are subject to the rules published by the respective game studio.

The following conditions apply to all casino game activity:

• Once a game round has commenced and a bet has been confirmed by the system, the bet may not be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's internal logic. ek3e will credit or debit your account accordingly once the round is resolved. ek3e accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Casino game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG software or live dealer procedures and are not influenced by ek3e or any third party.
• Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility information are available within each game's information panel.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ek3e platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any event offered for betting on ek3e.
• Using the platform to launder money or to transact funds of criminal origin.
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring an ek3e account from another individual.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward ek3e staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the ek3e platform without written permission.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

ek3e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account — including real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. ek3e will provide written notice of the closure and the reason therefor within a reasonable time period where legally required to do so.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so voluntarily at any time by contacting ek3e support. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ek3e platform — including but not limited to the ek3e brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ek3e or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ek3e platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the platform; frame or embed the platform within another website or application; or use any ek3e trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent from ek3e.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek3e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the ek3e platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failures, or interruptions to service.

ek3e does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. ek3e will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.

In any event, ek3e's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ek3e account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

ek3e collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read together with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ek3e implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no digital transmission or storage system is completely secure, and ek3e cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

13 Responsible Gaming

ek3e is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools including voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ek3e operates its platform as a safe and reliable service for Bangladeshi players and aims to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently.

In the event of any dispute between you and ek3e, you should contact the ek3e support team in the first instance. ek3e is committed to resolving complaints promptly and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

ek3e's decisions on the settlement of bets, the voiding of wagers, and the application of bonus terms are final and binding, subject only to demonstrable manifest error on ek3e's part.
